Clients for this site came to us for help with a design, they knew what they wanted but weren’t sure on how to realise it. After surveying the block we suggested the best way was to work with the slope and minimise retaining walls. We also discovered there was a view of Port Phillip Bay and the Mornington Peninsula which we could take in from the upper level so we also worked this into the layout.
