Leneeva Homes has always been a customer focused business and has adapted many times over its nine year history to be what it is today. We are very proud of our achievements to date and very keen to build on these in the future. As we embark on our tenth year we are very excited to announce that over the coming months Leneeva Homes will undergo a series of changes that will transform our business and ensure that we remain at the forefront of our industry.
Securing our long term future we have invested in new premises, purchasing the former Melbourne Clocks Museum building in Hampton. After sitting vacant for over fourteen years the property is in desperate need of repair and a facelift, works already underway are expected to be completed later in 2019 the works will include building a dedicated customer space, which will provide the right environment to focus on customers and their project.
Custom building projects now account for the majority of all our building projects, to help our customers understand the processes involved, Leneeva Homes has developed and released an expanded “Custom Build” guide. The seven step guide released in April 2019 allows each customer to follow their project from brief to building permit. Working through the seven step process reduces costs and ensures the project is managed within the agreed building budget. The structured pathway is customised for three distinct design paths. Standard Custom, Full Custom and Pre-designed Custom. The guide is offered free to all customers at the project brief meeting.
Coinciding with the release of the expanded building guide, Leneeva Homes has also released its latest version of its very own quoting program which compliments the stages within the guide. Having a clear pathway from inception to creation is important to Leneeva Homes as it ensures customers have a clear understanding and feel comfortable. Part of the comfort comes from the detailed inclusions list that is developed by the program at each stage from estimate to specification. The quoting program is unique to Leneeva Homes, developed and written by its director Joe Dimech.
April will also see the release of the new Architectural Inclusions as the standard base inclusions package. The Architectural range lifts the performance and presentation of every home with standard inclusions such as Double glazed windows, Vinyl wrap kitchens, Bosch appliances and Porcelain tiles.
Disruption to the business during these transformations is expected to be minimal as most of the planning and preparation works have already been completed. Leneeva Homes looks forward to announcing and inviting its customers to the completion of its new premises in the coming months.
