The white colour palette initially highlights the contrasting colour of the natural oak flooring and feature lighting over the island bench. Closer inspection you begin to notice changes in texture like the v-groove panelling to the kitchen and volume of space with the raking ceiling to the living area.
Maintaining the same colour palette for the majority of the home really works here. The Oak joinery and brushed gold taps and fittings really pop out initially followed by the textural change in the tiling.
Just when you think everything is the same, the vibrant blue tiling to the powder room (which ties into the entry door colour) and cool grey panelling to the study (which ties into the facade colour scheme) mix things up a little and give this home a personality.
