Designing a home to work to the view was of paramount importance, the main living areas and master bedroom all face the water maximising the outlook.
With a site sloping down to the water’s edge, the two storey design at the front and rear become three storeys in the middle.
To service the three levels a steel spined open staircase wraps around a glass lift shaft.
