See where it all begins looking at our site with 10 metres of rise from corner to corner we embark on making this site relatively level with a site cut up to 5 metres in depth.

Progress on site is at a painfully slow pace, the roof has taken way longer than anticipated, the contractors original 12 weeks estimate has blown out to over 9 months stalling progress on site. The mitering of the hip joints on the slate roof tile is excruciatingly slow, and the sheer number of these joints means some days it feels like no work has been done. We decide to push on with window installation, cladding works and building some of the vaulted ceilings internally in the areas safe to do so.
With an overhead risk filming of this stage was not possible.
The finished home stands as a testament to resilience, collaboration and an unwavering pursuit of excellence—crafted without compromise and designed to endure.
