The Hampton is cleverly designed with three zones, allowing each zone to function independently. The parents zone at the front of the home has the master bedroom located just behind the lounge room to reduce any street noise to the bedroom.
The main living zone is large with access to a generous sized alfresco area which is twice the size of a normal alfresco. The kitchen is the centre piece of the zone and has a butlers pantry which hides the fridge out of view.
The rear bedroom zone is also an independent zone with a retreat area capable of being used as a study, entertainment area or both!
As growing families need change the Hampton 4 will adapt making it a home for families of all ages.
