The 2018 HIA CSR Victorian Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards were held recently at Crown Casino’s Palladium where the industries finest gathered for their annual awards presentation. Building on last years success where Leneeva Homes won 2017 HIA Victoria’s Best Display Home $400,001 – $500,000, Leneeva Homes walked away from this years awards with a number of awards including the HIA’s 2018 Project Home of the Year for their Monterey project in Highett Victoria. Winners of the best Overall Project Home.
Runner’s up for Professional Small Builder.
Finalists for Home of the Year,
Finalists for the best Custom Home $500,001 – $750,000.
Winning the overall project home of the year means the team will now head to Perth for the HIA National Conference in May 2019 where the National winners will be announced.
It was a very proud moment for everyone involved and associated with Leneeva Homes and the team feels honoured to be recognised for its quality work.
