Leneeva Homes is proud to announce that we have entered two of our custom-built homes into this year’s Housing Industry Australia (HIA) Awards.
Our Hampton’s style project in Sandringham has been entered into the Custom Built Home ($750,000-$1,000,000) category. This double storey home seamlessly combines classic Hampton’s design and bespoke elements introduced by the client. The façade incorporates timeless Hampton’s features including a weatherboard exterior which is combined with a signature pitched roof and gables. These features are met with a barn style garage door which was a unique addition by the clients. The Hampton’s style continues inside the home with wainscot panelling, traditional joinery & vaulted ceilings. A porthole window on the second floor which overlooks the living area below is another eccentric feature the clients have incorporated. This project is energy efficient and is a beautiful demonstration of how a classic design can blend with unique features.
The second home which has been entered in the Custom Built Home ($1,000,000-$1,500,000) category is a custom design in Lysterfield. The modern Georgian style façade is met with grand and generous spaces internally, including an eight-metre-long rumpus room, a solid timber and wrought iron staircase and a large living, dining, and kitchen area. The 712 square metre project boasts ample entertainment and living space and is fully automated with controlling everything from lighting, to climate systems, and irrigation. This home is an excellent example of how the clients have been able to create their dream home without compromising on the size and still including all of their technological necessities.
The HIA Awards recognise and showcase the work of builders and designers across the country.
“We are extremely proud to have entered two homes into this years awards, we know how competitive these categories are, but we believe our homes more than measure up!” Managing Director Joe Dimech said
Judging for the HIA awards will take place in the coming months with the awards ceremony to be held later this year.
