The Oakland 4 by Leneeva Homes has won the best display home category $400,001 – $500,000 at the 2017 HIA CSR Victorian Housing Awards held at the Crown Palladium on Friday night. The Oakland by Leneeva Homes was one of four nominated homes and up against two homes by one of Victoria’s largest builders Henley Properties. Winning the award was a dream come true for the hard working team at Leneeva who have always based their construction around quality rather than quantity.
“To be recognised by the HIA in this category as a finalist was amazing, to win is surreal, we are just so happy for ourselves, our team, customers and supporters.” was how Joe Dimech one of the two directors at Leneeva Homes described the win. Jason Blackmore the other half of the team said “considering who we were up against and the size of our business it is truly unbelievable, we are so happy”.
